We headed up to Clemson yesterday to spend Thanksgiving with family. Last year we made this drive as well except Kai was in my tummy and we announced our pregnancy at the table as something we were thankful for! This year he spent the time giggling on the floor, chewing on anything he could find, and being passed from person to person. Pictured below is Pop(grandpa) with Kai and then Nana with Kai, I love love these photos soo much, they are so sweet together! This year Thanksgiving felt unusually quiet since there was only two families there, but it was a nice quiet. My aunt Chris is a wonderful hostess and a wonderful cook, and made us all feel so welcome, and I really glad I wore my stretchy pants 😉 . I love spending time with family and so enjoyed sitting at the table with everyone when phones are put away and we all just chat and laugh with each other! Most of the laughing was coming from listening to my dad tell the store of him dislocating his shoulder last week and the hours it took the doctors to try and put it back in! He got us all so tickled which only makes him keep going with more funniness about how he is going to be at my moms mercy till he gets better( he has to have surgery to fix his shoulder it got so messed up), I saw a few tears around the table some people were laughing so hard! 🙂 It is unbelievable that another Thanksgiving has come and gone, and Christmas is really on its way! When I was a child I always felt like life moved soo slow, but now that I’m an adult, I find myself often thinking, life please slow down! I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving spent surrounded by family and friends, wishing you all a happy weekend, ciao bellas!
